About

Are you ready to navigate your own inner waters, vibrate, listen and relax with various sound meditation instruments?

An event where you can turn inward with the guidance of water, stay in your own silence within acoustic sounds, and take care of yourself will be held by music therapist Can Dedeoğlu and Rida Kıraşı, founders of Soundala Therapy.

The purpose of this unique audio journey is to reflect on and internalize the experiences of the year 2024. The event offers a deep space for inner exploration, participatory meditation, and a deeper connection to the vibrations that shape our lives. As the resonant tones unfold, it invites you to examine how these reflections guide your decisions and shape your future path. This experience promises to be a transformative experience of sound, connection, and inner exploration.

Sound meditation is a form of meditation that aims to harmonize brain waves with the help of various instruments and to transition the body into a deep rest and repair phase. Sound healing therapy instruments use a principle called “entrainment” to bring brain waves into a meditative space. In many studies, it has been observed that staying in ASC (altered states of consciousness) encourages the softening of the ego and therefore leads to a more holistic thinking habit, providing space for energetic changes such as unity consciousness, emotional clarity, and creativity. It has also been proven that meditative studies affect the reduction of blood pressure and cortisol, one of the stress hormones. The study opens up space for both physical and spiritual relaxation.
