Life begins with breath. Our ears and bodies first perceive the world through vibration/sound, and then comes language. 

We will embark on a journey of sound, somatic breath and bathing in the magnificent space and acoustics created by Mimar Sinan 500 years ago, with only 12 women. Our aim is to refresh and purify our souls with breath, sound and water in this historical bath.

In the realm of water and the bath of sound, we will create space for the body through breath. The session will begin with a meditation, followed by 15 minutes of active breathing, and will continue with a 40-minute sound bath. We will complete our experience with a traditional hammam ritual, which includes your own dedicated therapist, a traditional scrub, a soothing foam massage, and hair washing for a truly refreshing finish.

• This session is not suitable for pregnant women or those who suspect they might be pregnant.

• The session is exclusively for women, forming a women’s circle.

• At the end of the session, you'll get a chance to wash yourself with DIY spa kit, so bring your swimsuits.

• The session includes a traditional hamam experience.

• Hamam services are not recommended for guests with cardiovascular diseases, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues (asthma, bronchitis, COPD), diabetes, urinary tract infections, recent surgical operations, or those undergoing cancer treatment. Guests with severe skin issues such as burns or allergies, open wounds, or epilepsy will not be able to benefit from our services.

• The instructors reserve the right to exclude participants if any of the above conditions apply.

PS: There is a parking spot right near the Hamam, the nearest metro station Vezneciler is 10 minutes walking distance.

The price is 6.500 TL + VAT.
